TERMS & CONDITIONS
“Excellence Consultants” is hired by ‘the applicant’ to
get admission to the university/ college/ institute mentioned in this
form by ‘the applicant’ & to assist in visa processing in that
specific country only.
- A) Admission & Scholarship
-
“Excellence Consultants” has the right to verify information
given by ‘the applicant’ in this form, (if necessary).
-
“Excellence Consultants” has the right to verify each and
every document submitted by ‘the applicant’ for admission in
the university/ college/ institute and for scholarship (if
necessary).
-
“Excellence Consultants” has the right to cancel ‘the
applicant’s’ file immediately if any of ‘the applicant’s’
given information in the form is proved false/ incorrect/
misleading/ confusing/ contradictory or of similar nature.
-
“Excellence Consultants” has the right to cancel ‘the
applicant’s’ file immediately if any of ‘the applicant’s’
submitted document is proved forged/ fake/ false/ incorrect/
misleading or of similar nature.
-
“Excellence Consultants” will not refund the registration
fee or file opening charges if any of ‘the applicant’s’
given information is proved false/ incorrect/ misleading/
confusing/ contradictory or of similar nature.
-
“Excellence Consultants” will not refund the registration
fee or file opening charges if any of ‘the applicant’s’
submitted document is proved forged/ fake/ false/ incorrect/
misleading or of similar nature.
-
“Excellence Consultants” is only liable in assisting ‘the
applicant’ to get admitted to the university/ college/
institute, mentioned in this form by ‘the applicant’; upon
the condition that ‘the applicant’ provides all required
information and submits all required documents, for
admission and scholarship (if applicable), on time.
-
“Excellence Consultants” agrees to put the utmost effort and
endeavor in getting admission only to the university/
college/ institute mentioned in this form by ‘the applicant’
but “Excellence Consultants” does not guarantees ‘the
applicant’s’ admission to the university/ college/ institute
mentioned in this form, rather it is the sole rights and
privilege of concerned department of the university/
college/ institute to give admission to the ‘the applicant’
or not.

In case of scholarship, of any nature, “Excellence
Consultants” agrees to put the utmost effort and endeavor in
getting scholarship from the university/ college/ institute
mentioned in this form on behalf of ‘the applicant’; however
“Excellence Consultants” does not guarantee ‘the applicant’
the chance of getting scholarship and the percentage of
scholarship given, rather it is the sole rights and
privilege of the concerned department of the university/
college/ institute to award scholarship to ‘the applicant’
or not.

In case of scholarship, educational credential assessment
fees or additional courier charges or other charges imposed
by the university/ college/ institute will not be paid by
“Excellence Consultants” and such additional charges are not
included in the file opening charges of “Excellence
Consultants”; rather it is ‘the applicant’ who has to pay
all these additional charges and fees levied by the
university/ college/ institute and educational credential
assessment body and the courier service provider or others.

In case of transfer students or credit transfer, “Excellence
Consultants” agrees to put the utmost effort and endeavor in
getting the maximum credit being accepted by the university/
college/ institute mentioned in this form on behalf of ‘the
applicant’, however “Excellence Consultants ”does not
guarantee that ‘the applicant’ will get 100% credit transfer
or any specific percentage of credit transfer; rather it is
the sole rights and privilege of the concerned department of
the university/ college/ institute to accept ‘the
applicant’s’ credits or not.

In case of transfer students or credit transfer, educational
credential assessment fees or additional courier charges or
other charges imposed by the university/ college/ institute
will not be paid by “Excellence Consultants” and such
additional charges are not included in the file opening
charges of “Excellence Consultants”; rather it is ‘the
applicant’ who has to pay all these additional charges and
fees levied by the university/ college/ institute and
educational credential assessment body and the courier
service provider or others.

“Excellence Consultants” is not liable for any sort of delay
by university/ college/ institute in providing offer letter
(conditional/ unconditional) or confirmation letter, I20,
scholarship confirmation, credit acceptance letter or other
type of confirmation; rather it is the sole rights and
privilege of the concerned department of the university/
college/ institute when and how the document will be send.

“Excellence Consultants” reserves the full rights to charge
extra fees if ‘the applicant’ and his/ her parents or his/
her legal guardians desire to cancel or actually cancel
admission to the university/ college/ institute mentioned in
this form after the admission is already being confirmed;
and any paid fees by ‘the applicant’ (till that moment) will
not be refunded.

In case ‘the applicant’ wants to add another university/
college/ institute in the middle of an on-going admission
process then ‘the applicant’ has to bear all the additional
charges (admission, courier and other charges) levied by the
new university/ college/ institute where ‘the applicant’
desires to get admitted

In case ‘the applicant’ wants to change university/ college/
institute in the middle of an on-going admission process
then ‘the applicant’ has to bear all the additional charges
(admission, courier and other charges) levied by the new
university/ college/ institute where ‘the applicant’ desires
to get admitted and in the process ‘the applicant’ needs to
open another file with “Excellence Consultants” and the
existing file will be null & void and any paid fees
(till that moment) will not be refunded or adjusted under
any circumstances.

B) Assistance in Visa Processing:
- After the confirmation of admission; “Excellence
Consultants” will assist in preparing ‘the applicant’s’ file
for visa processing, provided ‘the applicant’ submits
required documents (according to checklist), in original
form, and the pre-decided visa assistant fees on time.
-
“Excellence Consultants” has the right to verify information
given by ‘the applicant’ for visa application.
-
“Excellence Consultants” has the right to verify each and
every document submitted by ‘the applicant’ for visa
application.
-
“Excellence Consultants” has the right to cancel ‘the
applicant’s’ visa processing immediately if any of ‘the
applicant’s’ given information for visa application is
proved false/ incorrect/ misleading/ confusing/
contradictory or of similar nature; and in this regard any
paid fees (till that time) for visa processing will not be
refunded.

“Excellence Consultants” has the right to cancel ‘the
applicant’s’ visa processing immediately if any of ‘the
applicant’s’ submitted document for visa application is
proved forged/ fake/ false/ incorrect/ misleading or of
similar nature; and in this regard any paid fees (till that
time) for visa processing will not be refunded.

“Excellence Consultants” will not refund the fees for visa
assistance if any of ‘the applicant’s’ given information is
proved false/ incorrect/ misleading/ confusing/
contradictory or of similar nature.
-
“Excellence Consultants” will not refund the fees for visa
assistance if any of ‘the applicant’s’ submitted document
for visa application is proved forged/ fake/ false/
incorrect/ misleading or of similar nature.
-
“Excellence Consultants” will not refund the fees for visa
assistance if any of ‘the applicant’s’ submitted document
for visa application is proved forged/ fake/ false/
incorrect/ misleading or of similar nature.
-
“Excellence Consultants” agrees to put the utmost effort and
endeavor in preparing and organizing all required documents
specified by the concerned embassy/ immigration authority/
consulate office so that ‘the applicant’ gets visa but
“Excellence Consultants” does not guarantee or give
assurance, of any kind, in getting visa to any country;
rather it is the sole rights and privilege of the concerned
visa officer or the embassy or the immigration authority or
the consulate office in issuing visa.

“Excellence Consultants” will not pay ‘the applicant’s’ visa
fees, medical fees, insurance fees (if any) and any other
fees levied by the embassy, immigration authority, consulate
office or any of their nominated authority, rather it is
‘the applicant’ who has to bear all these fees; until the
file is processed under a package deal.
-
“Excellence Consultants” is not liable for any delay by the
embassy/ immigration authority/ consulate office or their
nominated authority in providing appointment date for
interview or delivery of passport and others related
activities.
-
“Excellence Consultants” reserves the full rights to charge
extra fees if ‘the applicant’ and his/ her parents or his/
her legal guardians desire to cancel or actually cancel visa
or refuse to travel to the desire country after visa is
being approved; moreover fees paid by ‘the applicant’ (till
that moment) will not be refunded under any circumstances.

C) General:
-
“Excellence Consultants” reserves the right to cancel ‘the
applicant’s’ file anytime if ‘the applicant’ fails to pay
the pre-decided fees on time and, in such case, any paid
fees, of any sort, will not be refunded to ‘the applicant’.
-
“Excellence Consultants” reserves the right to cancel ‘the
applicant’s’ file anytime if ‘the applicant’ fails to submit
the required documents on time and, in such case, any paid
fees, of any sort, will not be refunded to ‘the applicant’.
-
“Excellence Consultants” reserves the right to cancel ‘the
applicant’s’ file anytime if ‘the applicant’ and his/ her
parents or his/ her legal guardians (of any type)
demonstrate any sort of misbehavior, misconduct and
wrongdoings with any staff of “Excellence Consultants” and,
in such case, any paid fees, of any sort, will not be
refunded to ‘the applicant’.

“Excellence Consultants” reserves the rights of how, when
and where the file will be submitted to the university/
college/ institute and as well as to the embassy and in the
meantime ‘the applicant’ and his/ her parents or his/ her
legal guardians (of any type) cannot interfere, of any sort,
in this entire process; if they willingly or unwillingly
pressurize/ provoke or try to pressurize/ provoke;
“Excellence Consultants” reserves the right to cancel ‘the
applicant’s’ file immediately and, in such case, any paid
fees will not be refunded to ‘the applicant’.

“Excellence Consultants” does not employ any agent or
sub-agent or representative or sub-contractor, of any sort,
to carry on the admission or visa processing or any other
business deal in its brand name i.e. “Excellence
Consultants”.
-
“Excellence Consultants” can never be held accountable for
any monetary transaction with any unauthorized person or any
monetary transaction outside the office premise rather it is
the sole liability of the person involved in such act.
-
“Excellence Consultants” reserves the right to change the
rules and regulations any time.
-
“Excellence Consultants” reserves the right to alter various
fees any time.
-
“Excellence Consultants” is hired by ‘the applicant’ to get
admission to the university/ college/ institute mentioned in
this form & to assist in visa processing in that
specific country only; hence as the admission and the visa
are confirmed and all the documents (original and copies)
are handed over to ‘the applicant’; “Excellence
Consultants’” cannot be held liable for any other additional
activities or services; and further this contract will
expire immediately and this contract will be considered as
null & void as soon as the admission and the visa are
confirmed and all documents (original and papers) are handed
over to ‘the applicant’ or to his/ her nominated person.

D) Package:
- “Excellence Consultants” often offers package deal to ‘the
applicant’; whose terms and conditions are specified
clearly, before the package deal is offered or undertaken in
the package form.
-
“Excellence Consultants’ rules and regulations of package
need to be followed strictly by ‘the applicant’; the entire
rules and regulations of package are detailed in the package
form.
-
“Excellence Consultants” has the right to verify each and
every information given by and each and every document
submitted by ‘the applicant’ in this form and “Excellence
Consultants” has the right to cancel ‘the applicant’s’ file
immediately if any of ‘the applicant’s’ given information in
the form is proved false/ incorrect/ misleading/ confusing/
contradictory or of similar nature and also “Excellence
Consultants” has the right to cancel ‘the applicant’s’ file
immediately if any of ‘the applicant’s’ submitted document
is proved forged/ fake/ false/ incorrect/ misleading or of
similar nature; and in these cases any paid fees, of any
sort, will not be refunded to ‘the applicant’.

“Excellence Consultants” will work in accordance to the
specified rules and regulations of the package deal, so ‘the
applicant’ or his/ her parents or his/ her legal guardian
(of any type) cannot interfere or suggest or change or alter
any terms and conditions during the time the file is being
processed or during the time file is in under processing.
-
“Excellence Consultants” will work in accordance to the
specified rules and regulations of the package deal, so ‘the
applicant’ or his/ her parents or his/ her legal guardian
(of any type) cannot interfere or suggest or change or alter
any terms and conditions during the time the file is being
processed or during the time file is in under processing.
-
In package deals, “Excellence Consultants” will only assist
in getting offer letter, paying tuition fees (for specific
time period/ for specific semester/ for specific weeks),
booking hostel (in some cases, for specific time period/ for
specific semester/ for specific weeks), airport pick-up (in
some cases), air ticket, visa fees, domestic (i.e.
Bangladesh) medical fees (if required), domestic (i.e.
Bangladesh) insurance fees (if required); upon the condition
that ‘the applicant’ provides all required information and
submits all required documents, for visa, on time.

In the package deals, “Excellence Consultants” agrees to put
the utmost effort and endeavor in getting admission only to
the university/ college/ institute mentioned in this form by
‘the applicant’ but “Excellence Consultants” never
guarantees ‘the applicant’s’ admission to the university/
college/ institute mentioned in this form; rather it is the
sole rights and privilege of concerned department of the
university/ college/ institute to give admission to the ‘the
applicant’ or not.

In the package deals, “Excellence Consultants” agrees to put
the utmost effort and endeavor in preparing and organizing
all required documents specified by the concerned embassy/
immigration authority/ consulate office so that ‘the
applicant’ gets visa but “Excellence Consultants” does not
guarantee or give assurance, of any kind, in getting visa to
any country; rather it is the sole rights and privilege of
the concerned visa officer or the embassy or the immigration
authority or the consulate office in issuing visa.

“Excellence Consultants” has the right to cancel the package
deal with ‘the applicant’s’ anytime if ‘the applicant’ fails
to pay the pre-decided fees on time.

“Excellence Consultants” has the right to cancel the package
deal with ‘the applicant’s’ file anytime if ‘the applicant’
fails to submit the required documents on time.

In package deal, “Excellence Consultants” is hired by ‘the
applicant’ to get admission to the university/ college/
institute mentioned in this form & to assist in visa
processing in that specific country only; hence as the
admission and the visa are confirmed and all the documents
(original and copies) are handed over to ‘the applicant’;
“Excellence Consultants’” cannot be held liable for any
other additional activities or services and this contract
will expire immediately and this contract will be considered
as null & void as soon as the admission and the visa are
confirmed and all documents (original and papers) are handed
over to ‘the applicant’ or to his/ her nominated person.
- BY SIGNING BELOW ‘THE APPLICANT’
AND HIS/ HER PARENTS OR HIS/ HER LEGAL GUARDIANS FURTHER
ENSURE:
-
‘The applicant’ has read and understood the above terms and
conditions well.
-
The applicant’ promises to abide by the rules and regulation
of the “Excellence Consultants” all the time.
-
‘The applicant’ will strictly follow each and every
instruction given by “Excellence Consultants”.
-
‘The applicant’ testifies that at any point of time ‘the
applicant’ and his/ her parents or his/ her legal guardians
(of any type) will never ever practice or demonstrate any
sort of misbehavior, misconduct and wrongdoings, of any
sort, with any staff of “Excellence Consultants”.
-
‘The applicant’ further testifies that all the given
information on this form and all the submitted documents for
admission and visa processing are true, correct and valid.
-
‘The applicant’ testifies that he/ she understands that the
registration fees or file opening charges are
non-refundable.
-
‘The applicant’ testifies that he/ she understands that the
registration fees will not be refunded if any of ‘the
applicant’ given information is proved false/ incorrect/
misleading/ confusing/ contradictory or of similar nature
and if any of ‘the applicant’s’ submitted documents are
proved forged/ fake/ false/ incorrect/ misleading or others
and ‘the applicant’ further testifies that ‘the applicant’
understand that submitting forged/ fake/ false/ incorrect/
misleading or of similar nature documents and providing
false/ incorrect/ misleading/ confusing/ contradictory or of
similar nature information is a serious criminal offence;
hence ‘the applicant’ may be held accountable in the eye of
the country’s prevailing law in this regard and any paid
fees (till that moment) will not be refunded to ‘the
applicant’.

‘The applicant’ testifies that he/ she understands that the
visa assistance fees will not be refunded if visa is refused
due to providing information which is false/ incorrect/
misleading/ confusing/ contradictory or of similar nature by
‘the applicant’ in any form and due to submission of
documents which are forged/ fake/ false/ incorrect/
misleading or of similar nature by ‘the applicant’ and ‘the
applicant’ further testifies that he/ she understands that
providing false/ incorrect/ misleading/ confusing/
contradictory or of similar nature information and
submitting forged/ fake/ false/ incorrect/ misleading or of
similar nature documents is a serious criminal offence;
hence ‘the applicant’ may be held accountable in the eye of
the country’s prevailing law in this regard and any paid
fees (till that moment) will not be refunded to ‘the
applicant’.

‘The applicant’ testifies that “Excellence Consultants”
cannot be held liable if admission or visa is refused due to
providing information which is false/ incorrect/ misleading/
confusing/ contradictory or of similar nature by ‘the
applicant’ in any form and due to submission of documents
which are forged/ fake/ false/ incorrect/ misleading or of
similar nature by ‘the applicant’.

‘The applicant’ testifies that the tuition fees, living
expenses, embassy fees, medical fees & insurance fees
(if required) will be paid by ‘the applicant’; unless the
file is processed under a package deal.

‘The applicant’ testifies that “Excellence Consultants”
reserves the full rights to charge extra fees if ‘the
applicant’ and his/ her parents or his/ her legal guardians
(of any type) desire to or actually cancel admission to the
university/ college/ institute mentioned in this form and
any paid fees by ‘the applicant’ (till that moment) will not
be refunded.

‘The applicant’ testifies that “Excellence Consultants”
reserves the full rights to charge extra fees if ‘the
applicant’ and his/ her parents or his/ her legal guardians
(of any type) desire to or actually cancel visa or refuse to
travel after getting visa to that particular country and any
paid fees by ‘the applicant’ (till that moment) will not be
refunded.
